• Min. High School or equivalent education (2,4)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience (1,3)
• 5+ years of experience with restaurant management (1)
• 3+ years of experience with restaurant management (2)
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediterwith min. 1 year of proven experience in similar capacity (3)
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Barista and 2 years as Head Barista (4)
• Interested in motivating teams, developing staff, and minimizing turnover (1,2)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (1,2,3,4)
• Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits (1,2,3,4)
